Unionlearn re-launches centre network

Unionlearn has re-launched its network of learning centres that works with learndirect as U-NET.

U-NET provides high quality learning for trade union members and their families. The centres offer a range of products, from short taster courses to longer, more structured programmes, from Skills for Life to NVQs.

learndirect is delighted to be working with U-NET to improve the skills of the UK workforce.

This year, more than 3,000 union members have done a learndirect course. Since our partnership began, 23,500 people have enrolled at TUC centres in colleges, TUC study centres and workplace learning centres. The majority of learners have focused on improving their literacy and numeracy skills, with nearly 2,000 achieving their Certificate in Adult Literacy or Numeracy.
