Careconnect Learning provides new and exciting ways of learning for employers and staff working in the health and social care sector.

By working with learndirect, Careconnect Learning offers courses that are relevant to the learning needs of people providing care and support to service users in the public, voluntary and private sectors. The courses have been developed to complement the new framework of standards introduced by the Sector Skills Councils.

Careconnect Learning makes it much easier for staff to learn at work and at home - the flexibility of computer-based learning helps overcome obstacles to learning, such as shift working and the pressures of domestic and working life.

Careconnect Learning focuses on learning programmes to improve the essential skills needed at work and for personal development such as writing, communication, working with computers and number skills. We are also developing new courses to help employers and employees meet the new induction and foundation standards in social care.
