Virtual learner technical support
Our Learner Services support line, gives help, advice and information on all technical queries for learndirect Business courses, including problems with logging in and course navigation.
Nationwide network of learning centres
If you don't have the necessary IT infrastructure to deliver e-learning, or would prefer some training to take place off site you can use our network of learndirect centres.
We have over 800 centres throughout England and Wales which can support any employees on the move or those that are geographically-dispersed. We can arrange for them to make use of our learning centres, qualified staff and internet-ready PCs.

Tutor support
We offer a range of support for your employees, which you can choose according to your business needs, including:
- Online tutor support - employees can speak to our experienced online tutors who will answer their queries and provide feedback.
- Face-to-face support - if your employees complete their training in our network of centres, they will receive support from qualified learndirect tutors.
- In-company training days - we deliver our leadership courses in partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), and can help run workshops on your premises.
